* Fixed a rare problem where ThumbsPlus could hang during thumbnail generation
* Fixed a problem where after batch processing, resultant files were marked as having an alpha channel even if the saved format did not support it
* Fixed a bug in the plug-in manager which did not process incoming alpha channels properly
* Fixed a rounding error during resampling that could cause a row of random pixels in obscure cases
* Includes the Help file that should have been in Build 2250
