Zmiany w Janino
Added version information to the META-INF/MANIFEST.MF file of the JANINO JARs. Added CompilerFactoryFactory.getSpecificationVersion() and ICompilerFactory.getImplementationVersion(). Fixed up the handling of debug options - added "ICookable.setDebuggingInfo(source, lines, vars)". Gave up on "EnumeratorSet" and "DebuggingInfo" - these mimic Java 5 ENUMs and were ugly.
